On 22 December 2025, Indonesia’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) granted Guilin Lanyu Aircraft Tire Development a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for its aircraft tyres designed for Boeing 737NG and Airbus A319/A320 aircraft. The approval marks the first time aviation tyres manufactured in China have received an international STC, representing a milestone for the country’s aerospace tyre sector.
