Gosselin Group acquires majority stake in BSX

Must read

Gosselin Group has acquired a majority stake in the transport company BSX from Verrebroek. This acquisition increases Gosselin’s fleet by approximately 46 vehicles.

BSX was founded in 2002 and specializes in exceptional transport, silo transport and tank container transport. The company experienced strong growth until 2022 and currently has its own fleet of 46 vehicles. It employs about fifty people. “Through the integration into the Gosselin Group, BSX can count on additional economies of scale, a broader international reach and support in the field of professionalization and further growth. With this strategic step, Gosselin Group further expands its integrated logistics services within its transport department and especially strengthens its position within the transport segment of heavy and complex loads,” said Marc Smet and Dirk Vanhoutteghem, owners of the Gosselin Group.

BSX’s activities strengthen Gosselin Group’s heavy division, but the company continues to operate independently. Operational management remains in the hands of Nordy Bonne and Stacy Mattheyssen.
