The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company has formed a new Global Racing organization, which will be led by Xavier Fraipont as vice president, Global Racing, effective 1 October 2025. Fraipont will reportedly guide the team’s strategic direction while “aligning its efforts with Goodyear’s broader product and brand vision”. With nearly three decades of experience across Racing and Product Development, Fraipont brings deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in the Goodyear family of brands. In short, Fraipont’s job will be to “evolve and grow [Goodyear’s] motorsport strategy, unifying our teams supporting NASCAR, NHRA, WEC (LMGT3 class) and BTCC leaders into one cohesive effort.”
