Following the sale of greenfield land at its former factory site in Melksham, Wiltshire late last year, The Cooper Tire & Rubber Company Europe Limited shared today that the 30-acre brownfield site that housed the tyre plant itself has now changed hands, too. The new owner is Melksham Development Company Limited; the parties involved have not disclosed the selling price.
