The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) has certified Linglong Tire, a status the tyre maker says it has gained following three years of preparation. Claiming that FSC certification has profoundly transformed its supply chain management, Linglong shares details of its plan to build upon existing certification achievements, initially in the original equipment tyre segment, and gradually expand the scope of its FSC certification. The company will also strengthen collaboration with FSC in China with a focus upon upgrading its supply chain, accompanied this with public advocacy and supply chain transparency measures.
