Fleetworthy Unifies Brands Under Single Banner to Streamline Fleet Readiness

Must read

Fleetworthy is consolidating its portfolio of brands under a single name as part of a broader strategy to simplify fleet technology and help carriers better manage costs and operations.

Bestpass by Fleetworthy and Drivewyze by Fleetworthy will now operate fully under the Fleetworthy brand.

The company’s offerings will be organized into three core solution areas: Toll Management, Weigh Station Bypass, and Safety and Compliance.

Focus on Fleet Readiness

The transition brings Bestpass’ toll management services and Drivewyze’s weigh station bypass technology into a unified Fleetworthy platform, alongside the company’s CPSuite safety and compliance tools.

Fleetworthy describes itself as delivering a complete technology suite designed to support overall fleet readiness. This focus encompasses safety, regulatory compliance, tolling and bypass in a single ecosystem.

“Managing tolls, bypass, safety and compliance should not require multiple systems and vendors,” said Tom Fogarty, chief executive officer of Fleetworthy. “A single Fleetworthy brand and our product innovations and integrations will continue to make it easier to ensure fleet readiness.”

As part of the unification, Fleetworthy has begun aligning product interfaces and integrating reporting across its toll management and weigh station bypass services.

Additional enhancements, including deeper integrations across safety and compliance tools, are expected in the coming months as the company works toward a fully unified user experience.

Safety Products Transitioning

Fleetworthy’s safety alert offerings will remain in place during the transition. Existing services such as Drivewyze Safety+ and Drivewyze Free will continue to be available, with updated branding rolling out under Fleetworthy Safety+ and Fleetworthy Foundations as part of a new Fleetworthy mobile app experience.

Why Toll Management Matters

Fleetworthy Foundations will serve as an entry-level offering, delivering no-cost safety alerts while expanding into broader capabilities aimed at improving driver engagement, operational efficiency and overall fleet readiness.

The brand consolidation also extends to the company’s public sector business. Drivewyze Infrastructure Services has been rebranded as Fleetworthy Infrastructure Solutions and will continue to provide weigh station bypass infrastructure, safety alerts and truck parking technology to government agency partners.

Industry Shift Toward Integration

Fleetworthy said the move reflects a broader shift in the industry toward integrated technology platforms that reduce vendor complexity and streamline fleet operations.

The company recently was named Company of the Year by Frost & Sullivan, which cited its end-to-end platform combining toll management, weigh station bypass, safety and compliance capabilities.

For fleets, the appeal centers on efficiency.

“Time is our most valuable resource,” said Michael Lasko, vice president of EHS and quality at Boyle Transportation. “Consolidating our providers under Fleetworthy gives us time back, and that helps us protect our drivers, customers and reputation.”

As fleets face continued cost pressures and regulatory demands, technology providers are increasingly positioning unified platforms as a way to deliver greater visibility and operational control through a single system.
