Continental and Samsara introduced a new tire monitoring integration at the Technology & Maintenance Council (TMC) event. Fleets in the United States and Canada can now access Continental’s ContiConnect through Samsara’s platform.
This collaboration combines two platforms to meet customer demand for a fleet management solution that integrates digital tire management into existing systems. Customers gain full visibility into trailer health on a single platform, allowing them to perform proactive maintenance with real-time insights into faults and issues.

How the Continental Samsara Tire Monitoring Integration Works
The integration offers a complete view of fleet tires. Fleets can detect tire issues early, access vehicle details and history, and receive real-time notifications about tire problems.
Continental’s tire sensors collect data points, including tire pressure, temperature, and mileage. Customers view these metrics in the context of their entire operation using Samsara’s Smart Trailer Solution. They can access key tire performance metrics directly in the Samsara dashboard and use the ContiConnect platform for detailed tire analysis.

With Samsara and Continental’s ContiConnect Pro Trailer Solution, fleets gain a 360-degree view of trailer health. Fleet managers and drivers receive real-time alerts about tire pressure, leaks, or temperature issues in their Samsara dashboard, allowing for immediate action.
