Yesterday was the first day for Aumovio on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange after its spinoff from Continental AG. Following Aumovio’s debut, Continental announced several personnel changes. The most important of these is the appointment of Sabrina Soussan to the Continental Supervisory Board as the new shareholder representative who will ultimately succeed Wolfgang Reitzle as chair. Stefan E. Buchner stepped down from the Supervisory Board on 4 September to become the new chair of Aumovio’s Supervisory Board, while Gunter Dunkel resigned effective 17 September.
