Bridgestone Americas (Bridgestone) has introduced the W920 tandem-axle radial drive tire engineered for year-round trucking fleet needs. Designed to perform in all weather conditions, the W920 incorporates Bridgestone’s ENLITEN technology to extend tire life, maximize traction, and support sustainability goals, the manufacturer said.
“Weather plays a significant role in every fleet’s journey. Our aim with the W920 is to mitigate risks and elements that weather brings to the road and give drivers more confidence in these uncertain conditions,” said Brad Booth, Director, Canadian Commercial Sales, Bridgestone Americas. “The Bridgestone W920 tire with ENLITEN technology illustrates our company’s passion for bringing products to the market that directly respond to the needs of fleets in different regions.”
Bridgestone W920 Tire Performance Features
The manufacturer launched the W920 as its third ENLITEN-equipped commercial truck tire in 2025. Bridgestone said it builds on the W919 with new engineering advancements, including:
- All-weather capability – Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake certified for reliable traction in rain and snow.
- Longer wear life – Provides 6% longer life, adding up to 10,000 more miles than competitors.
- Optimized tread pattern – Non-directional design simplifies mounting and rotation, Bridgestone said. Stone rejector platforms, specialized compounds, and full-depth sipes enhance all-weather defense.
- Outstanding Retreadability – Premium casing supports multiple retread cycles.
Availability And Production
Bridgestone produces the W920 tire at its Warren County Plant in Tennessee. It will first be offered in size 11R22.5, with additional sizes coming in 2026.
