Gregor Rüth, CEO of Osnabrück, Germany-based tyre and wheel wholesaler Bohnenkamp SE, has announced the signing of an agreement to acquire the business shares of French wholesale company SAS Copadex at the end of the year. Rüth signed the acquisition contract together with Copadex owner Bruno Clairay, who will become the acquired business’s Managing Director.
