Black Donuts Inc. is set to launch InTire Labs, a “fully independent Material Research Centre” in Tampere, Finland. According to the company, InTire Labs operates as “a neutral and confidential R&D platform”, offering “a comprehensive range of services for material innovation”. In other words, the new facility is “designed to support tyre manufacturers, rubber product producers, and raw material suppliers from around the world.” InTire Labs’ research infrastructure has been partially funded by NextGenerationEU.
