American Tire Distributors (ATD) appointed Todd Pearce as chief financial officer, effective Oct. 6.

ATD said before being appointed, Todd Pearce served as chief financial officer at Continental Tire the Americas. His background includes financial planning and analysis, performance improvement, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
