The shareholders of Profile International NV, on the recommendation of the Supervisory Board An Dams, have appointed statutory director Finance and Services of Profile International NV with effect from 1 July. An Dams has been finance director of Profile International NV since October 2024.
An Dams has a long -term and broad experience within the financial field. She has previously worked for various Dutch companies in Belgium, including Hoogovens, CWS Boco and more recently for three years as a finance director for the Ford cluster of Van Mossel in Belgium. In her current role she will keep an office in both Antwerp and Veenendaal in the Netherlands. Thanks to her in -depth knowledge of and affinity with both Dutch and Belgian culture, she is excellent positioned to play a connecting role.
An Dams has achieved its Master in Applied Economic Sciences at the University of Antwerp (UFSIA). “I have never seen such a dynamic and fast-growing company as Profile in and outside the Benelux countries. Although I started Ad Interim at Profile within its Belgian companies, I wanted to be part of Profile.”
