Alliance Agriflex 372 Launches At Farm Progress Show

Must read

Alliance Tire introduced the IF1400/45R32 CFO Agriflex 372, the largest agricultural tire by inflation volume, at the Farm Progress Show, booth #305. The tire features a 207 load rating, the highest load capacity of any agricultural tire currently available. Alliance also showcased products including the Agri Star II, Agriflex+ 373, Agriflex+ 377 XT, and Agriflex+ 393 XT.

The tire was developed in collaboration with J&M Manufacturing. According to Alliance, the IF1400/45R32 CFO Agriflex 372 offers significant load capacity and a large footprint to reduce soil compaction. Designed for J&M’s new grain cart, the tire gives original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) an alternative to the IF1250/50R32.

“The IF1400/45R42 CFO Agriflex 372 reflects Alliance’s commitment to technology-driven manufacturing and customer-focused innovation. Designed to meet the evolving needs of modern American farming, it combines higher load capacity with superior ground protection, offering farmers and OEMs a versatile solution,” said Dyutiman Chattopadhyay, Chief Technology Officer, Yokohama-ATG.

Alliance Agriflex 372: Technology And Durability Built In

Built with Improved Flexion (IF) technology, the tire delivers up to 20% more load at the same pressure or the same load at up to 20% less pressure than standard radials, Alliance said. As a CFO tire, it supports more weight at lower speeds during cyclical loads, protecting soil and improving efficiency.

Its steel-belted construction and stubble guard compound provide long-lasting durability. Farmers also benefit from a 10-year workmanship and a 5-year stubble warranty.

Ag Tire Showcase

Alliance displayed the Agriflex+ 393 XT, a steel-belted VF radial flotation tire for tankers, trailers, and spreaders, with a 35.5LR32 size available at the booth.

The Agriflex+ 377 XT features VF technology that carries up to 40% more load at the same pressure as a standard radial. Its CFO design allows up to 55% more load during slow-speed, fluctuating fieldwork. Variants VF 1050/50R32 and VF750/60R46 are showcased.

The Agriflex+ 373 provides a flatter footprint, puncture protection, and strong traction performance for up to 80% of tread wear. Farmers also viewed the Agri Star II radial R-1W tire.

Alliance promotes its application-specific portfolio through the “Whole Farm Concept.” It supports every stage of farming operations.

“Alliance reaffirms its commitment to address the diverse needs of American farmers by practicing the Whole Farm Concept,” said Chattopadhyay.
