AirCheck BLE TPMS Delivers OE-Quality Safety

Must read

Schrader TPMS Solutions has launched its AirCheck BLE TPMS in North America. This app-based, universal retrofit tire pressure monitoring system offers OE-quality performance, the company said.

Tire retailers, RV dealers, independent mechanics, and shop owners can now monitor tire pressure, temperature, and sensor battery status in real time on vehicles that lack factory-installed TPMS. This includes towable trailers, motorhomes, RVs, and off-road vehicles, Schrader said.

AirCheck BLE TPMS Offers Advanced Bluetooth Technology

AirCheck BLE combines Schrader’s Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) sensors with a range extender. Schrader said this ensures strong, stable signals — even in longer trailers or high-interference environments. The system delivers real-time data to a mobile app that supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay for in-dash visibility.

The app supports up to four axles, dual-tire setups, and a spare tire. Schrader said setup is quick thanks to QR-code activation and app-based handoff.

AirCheck BLE TPMS matches the performance and responsiveness of factory-installed systems, Schrader said. Real-time mobile alerts provide safety feedback, helping service professionals retrofit vehicles that never had TPMS.

Safety and Simplicity Drive Retrofit Adoption

Schrader said AirCheck gives drivers and technicians a tool to prevent tire failures.

“AirCheck BLE will revolutionize service organizations’ ability to better serve customers by retrofitting their tires with a TPMS system that is easy to install and offers safety and usability for consumers,” said Kelly Sadler, VP and General Manager of Aftermarket Business at Sensata Technologies. “We saw a gap in the marketplace. Now, we’re delivering the first solution of its kind.”

AirCheck BLE is now available through Schrader’s North American aftermarket distribution network.
