Continental is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its Total Confidence Plan. First introduced in 2015, Continental said the plan shows its long-standing commitment to quality while recognizing that unexpected events happen on the road.
“We believe in the quality of our products, but we know unexpected things can happen on the road. That’s why we want to be with you every step of the way,” said Virag Kovacs-Whisnant, Dealer Support and Promotions Manager at Continental Tire.
Continental Total Confidence Plan Benefits
The plan delivers several coverage features that go beyond the tire itself, Continental said. Drivers gain protection through a limited warranty, flat tire roadside assistance, a customer satisfaction trial, and a mileage warranty where applicable. The plan also includes road hazard coverage and emergency trip interruption support.
Value for Tire Dealers
For tire dealers, the plan strengthens the value of Continental tires at the point of sale. The manufacturer said it helps differentiate its offerings from competitors.
