Thermo King is launching a new series of cooling units for small and large trucks: the TX series replaces the T-series with a up to 17% higher cooling capacity, a weight reduction of up to 40 kg and a up to 7% higher energy return.
The models of the TX series are designed for applications with one or more temperatures. They offer the following improvements:
- The temperature can be controlled in one, two or three zones
- The air flow is optimized
- The new design of the heat exchangers and the architecture of the cooling circuit makes it possible to reduce the coolant filling by up to 21%.
All TX models are compatible with HVO biodiesel and there is an option available for the use of B100 biofuel (EN-EN4214) without this affecting maintenance intervals. These have been extended to 2000 hours.
