Bridgestone Alenza Prestige Tire Debuts With ENLITEN Tech

Must read

Bridgestone Americas has introduced the Alenza Prestige tire, a premium highway tire built for CUVs, SUVs, and trucks. Designed with a new tread pattern and Bridgestone’s ENLITEN Technology, the Alenza Prestige offers up to a 70,000-mile limited mileage warranty and wet performance.

The Bridgestone Alenza Prestige tire incorporates ENLITEN Technology, including QuietTrack Technology, to reduce tread noise. A wide center rib adds stability, delivering a quiet, comfortable ride with responsive handling, Bridgestone said. Its PeakLife Polymer compound enhances tread life, ensuring long-lasting performance and a smoother driving experience.

“The all-new Alenza Prestige premium highway tire is for drivers who want a long-lasting and comfortable ride without compromising on consistent wet-weather performance,” said Dale Harrigle, Chief Engineer, Tire Development, Bridgestone Americas. “We designed it with rolling resistance technology for impressive fuel efficiency and a balance of performance and sustainability elements.”

Bridgestone Alenza Prestige Features

Bridgestone tested the Alenza Prestige against its predecessor and competing tires. Results showed a 6% improvement in wet stopping distance. That allows vehicles to stop eight feet shorter than the Bridgestone Alenza AS Ultra, the manufacturer said.

The Alenza Prestige comes in 47 sizes for wheels ranging from 16- to 22-in. As well as speed ratings from S to W. Fitments include popular vehicles such as the Acura RDX, Audi Q7, BMW 3 Series and X5, GMC Sierra, Lexus TX, and Mercedes-Benz GLC. The tire is now available for purchase across Bridgestone’s dealer network.
