Litens Aftermarket N.A. Appoints Mitchel Skamiera as Operations Analyst

Must read

Litens hired Mitchel Skamiera as operations analyst. The company said the move strengthens Litens’ logistics and operations in North America. In his role, Skamiera will collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities. He will also develop dashboards and present insights that support decisions and collaborate with departments to help solve real-time challenges and improve supply chain functions.

Hands-On Background in Business and Corporate Operations

Litens said Skamiera brings experience in business ownership and corporate operations. As co-owner of M & J Mulching, he grew a landscaping business from 15 customer accounts to more than 110. He handled estimates, procurement, finances and installations.

Most recently, Skamiera interned with Magna International, a global mobility parts supplier. He tracked shipping logistics, maintained inventory controls and documented scrap material handling.

Skamiera holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in supply chain management and marketing from Grand Valley State University.

Litens Welcomes Operations Analyst with Strong Experience

“Mitchel’s hands-on experience in operations and business mindset will be a great asset to our team,” said Matt Maltarich, director of operations for Litens Aftermarket N.A. “We’re excited to have him onboard and look forward to seeing the skills he brings to the table in action.”
