The new BendPak HD-9EWT four-post truck and SUV lift raises wide-body trucks, cars, SUVs, and off-road vehicles. It lifts higher than standard four-post lifts, creating plenty of workspace underneath, BendPak said.
BendPak designed the HD-9EWT with a wider footprint to accommodate vehicles with larger aftermarket tires, wide fenders, and extended side mirrors. It also accommodates vehicles with broader overall dimensions.
“The expanded dimensions of the new HD-9EWT four-post lift offer greater peace of mind when maneuvering larger vehicles into place,” said Jeff Kritzer, BendPak president and CEO. “This new design is all about operator safety and comfort. The lift’s extra width prevents damage to doors and mirrors, while its greater rise makes room for taller vehicles and taller techs, too.”
Multi-Level Locking and Ergonomic Controls
The HD-9EWT features multi-level locking positions for various comfortable working heights. This design eliminates crouching or reaching uncomfortably while performing maintenance, according to BendPak. Four locks automatically engage as the lift rises, adding stability. A backup locking system provides additional safety. The electric-hydraulic power system allows quick stop, start, and reverse using conveniently placed controls.
BendPak said the HD-9EWT lifts up to 87 inches, offering generous undercarriage clearance. It includes longer approach ramps and low-profile runways for loading low-clearance vehicles. This design makes it easier to load sports cars and similar vehicles, it said.
Heavy-Duty Truck and SUV Lift Components
BendPak built the HD-9EWT truck and SUV lift with heavy-duty dual-hub cable sheaves for extended service life. These components reduce wear on axles, cables, and sheaves under heavy loads, BendPak said. Four premium-grade stainless steel lifting cables stay hidden inside the column structure to reduce clutter.
The lift also includes oversized, self-lubricating cable rollers and a push-button pneumatic safety release.
You can customize the location of the power unit for convenience. The integrated design routes cables, airlines, safety latches, and sheaves internally for a clean appearance.
Certified Safety and Optional Air Power Solution
Third-party testers ALI Certified the HD-9EWT for meeting industry safety and performance standards. In locations without air power, users can mount BendPak’s GoAir Mini directly on the lift. This air compressor provides high-pressure air to control the lift’s safety locks. The GoAir Mini runs on 110 volts and measures only 10.5x16x7 inches. It takes up much less space than a traditional commercial air compressor, BendPak said.
