Victory Tire & Auto has completed the acquisition of Pod’s Complete Car Care in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Finalized on July 9, the move marks Victory’s 19th location in the greater Minneapolis area and its first in the northeast metro.
The newly acquired facility features eight service bays, with room to expand to ten. Victory inherits a team of five technicians and two service writers. The company said it plans to enhance the location with additional resources and operational support to improve service and scale growth.
“Our team at Victory Tire & Auto is very excited to welcome in the great staff from Pod’s Complete Car Care,” said Jeff Matt, Victory Tire & Auto Brand President. “We were well aware of the excellent reputation this great business has maintained for decades. Our guests can expect to see several updates to the property and facility, especially to the customer waiting area.”

Victory’s leadership emphasized maintaining Pod’s trusted community relationships while boosting capabilities. The Victory Tire & Auto acquisition strategy pairs operational investment with a deep respect for local character, it said.
