Rosier opens its own terminal in the port of Antwerp

Must read

The fertilizer manufacturer Rosier, with headquarters in Moustier, has opened its own terminal in the port of Antwerp. It is a site that used to be operated by Euroports.

Rosier was part of the Borealis group and was sold to the Turkish group Yilfert in 2022. The Belgian company has a factory in Moustier and another in Sas-Van-Gent, but now also has its own maritime terminal. To this end, Rosier took over the company Westerlund Bulk Terminals from the Euroports group in 2024, which was renamed Rosier Antwerp Terminal.

The concession on Kade 54 (America) covers 43,000 m², of which 20,000 m² of covered storage space, and has 300 meters quay. “We can store more than 70,000 tons of raw materials and end products, but this site also offers us direct import and export capacity in one of the largest European ports. This will also enable us to increase the efficiency of our logistics activities and reduce costs, so that we can be of better service,” said Rosier’s spokesperson.
