Fleetio has launched the Fleetio Vendor Portal for shops in its maintenance shop network, which includes a broad range of service providers. The Fleetio Vendor Portal gives providers tools to manage their marketplace presence, streamline operations, and tap into a customer base of over 1 million fleet vehicles, the company said.
“Maintenance shops are the backbone of fleet operations. However, managing payments, tracking performance and handling customer interactions can be overwhelming,” said Miles Rand, Director, Product Management, Marketplace at Fleetio. “Without the right tools, these challenges can slow operations and impact profitability. The Portal eliminates the guesswork so shops can focus on growing their businesses.”
Fleetio Vendor Portal Helps Shops Gain Access to Performance Metrics
The Portal centralizes transaction management and customer insights while offering administrative support. Through the portal, service providers can:
- View transaction history, repair order status, and payout details in one location;
- Track KPIs related to maintenance activity and service trends;
- Reconcile month-end reporting with detailed earnings breakdowns;
- Access a self-service help center for vendor-specific questions.
These features allow providers to eliminate manual processes and reduce downtime, Fleetio said.
