The Joint Venture between Gosselin Group and WDP has officially opened its doors of a brand new logistics site on the Genk-Zuid business park, on the Albert Canal. Both partners thus take a subsequent strategic step in their joint intermodal growth process.
In September 2022, the Joint Venture acquired a water -related concession of 11 hectares, of which the first phase – a warehouse of 20,000 m² with direct connection to an inland terminal – will now become operational. Two additional warehouses with a total area of ​​around 30,000 m² will follow in 2026. The site will be a multifunctional hub with room for stup and comic activities and the treatment of exceptional loads.

This development in Genk is on top of previous projects in Antwerp, where approximately 75,000 m² of logistics space has already been realized. Both in Antwerp and Genk, the infrastructure supports the rapid growth of Gosselin and one-stop logistics service provider with a clear focus on sustainability and transport via inland shipping.
Gosselin Group continues to grow strongly: the workforce increased from 850 to around 1,200 employees and by the end of 2025 the company expects to reach the cape of 1,400. With offices in 34 countries and a revenue growth from € 300 million to € 450 million in four years, Gosselin confirms his ambition at European level.
