Bleckmann has extended its lease agreement with Heylen Warehouses on the T-Port South campus in Almelo for ten years. The deal, good for five warehouse halls with a total surface area of 65,000 m² (approximately 75,000 m² including mezzanine and offices), is one of the largest contracts ever for the logistics service provider in terms of size and duration.
Bleckmann, specialized in supply chain solutions for the fashion and lifestyle sector, has been working with Heylen Warehouses at the XL Business Park in Almelo since 2015. This extension perpetuates the existing collaboration for another ten years.
In addition to the Netherlands, Bleckmann is also active in Belgium, including at the Antwerp East Port campus in Grobbendonk, where it rents 65,000 m² of logistics space.
