Following the news that ATS Euromaster is winding down, Formula One Autocentres has provided further details of how it is welcoming transferring workers into its network. In short, Formula One Autocentres has agreed terms to acquire 35 former ATS Euromaster locations across England and Wales, significantly expanding its UK footprint and strengthening its position within the independent automotive aftermarket. Subject to completion, employees at the acquired sites will transfer to Formula One Autocentres under TUPE regulations. The business is also welcoming applications from other ATS Euromaster staff affected by the network’s wind-down.
