In the USA, General Rubber (Thailand) Co. Ltd recalled 65 Xcellent Roadbreak A/T tyres on 11 February 2026 due concerns about cracking. The recall came about after the US National Highway Transport Safety Administration (NHTSA) conducted compliance tests under FMVSS No. 139 regulations, which showed “tread shoulder groove cracking, inner liner separation, cracking, and air loss during tyre durability-endurance testing…”
