Yokohama-TWS-owned industry tyre servicing business, Interfit, has acquired two Spanish materials handling tyre service providers – Delgado e Hijos SA and Rodelma SL. Barcelona-based Delgado e Hijos SA was founded in 1962 while Rodelma SL was established in 2008 in Castellón (Valencia Region). Interfit reports that the acquisitions reinforce its presence in Europe and expands its ability to deliver services across the continent.
