India’s TVS Srichakra Limited, manufacturer of the TVS Eurogrip tyre brand, intends to significantly increase capacity for two- and three-wheeler tyres at its factory in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand State to meet growing demand for these products. The company will invest up to Rs 2.1 billion (£17.1 million / US$23.2 million) to equip the plant to produce 40 to 45 per cent more tyres. It will finance the project through a combination of internal accruals and debt.
