On 12 January 2025, Wanli Tire broke ground on its new tyre factory in the Svay Rieng province of Cambodia. Exactly one year later, on 12 January 2026, the Wanli Tire (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. plant, located within the Xin Bavet Special Economic Zone (SEZ) within the Chantrea district, was formally opened in a ceremony presided over by H.E. Sun Chanthol, Deputy Prime Minister and First Vice President of the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC).
