On 22 December 2025, Magna Tyres Group announced the purchase of Telescope Tyres Group, a leading Australian tyre and service specialist with multiple branches across regional New South Wales. According to the company, the acquisition marks “another strategic step in Magna Tyres’ ongoing global growth and commitment to strengthening its position in key markets worldwide”.
