Much is happening in the world of Dunlop. Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd. (SRI) has decided to adopt the Dunlop name for its communication. At the same time, SRI is further extending its custody of the Dunlop brand by taking on the exclusive right to use the Dunlop trademark for tyres (excluding aircraft & winter tyres), tubes and flaps in Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei.
