Motion Industries has launched the Lube Caddy, a towable, self-contained lubrication cart designed to service enclosed machinery assets. Developed by Motion Repair & Services’ hydraulics team, the new product enhances workplace safety while streamlining lubrication tasks, Motion said.
The Motion Lube Caddy can service enclosed gearing, hydraulic systems, mobile equipment drive cases, agricultural machinery, and more. Its dual-design reservoir and automatic shutoff mode prevent pumps from running dry, reducing risks during operation.
Key Features of the Motion Lube Caddy
- Towable dual reservoir with 40- and 75-gallon new/used oil capacities (150-gallon hoistable version also available);
- Three operation modes: manual, auto, and kidney loop;
- Air-operated pump with automatic shutoff for hands-off operation;
- Eliminates need for forklifts to move oil tanks;
- Fully customizable tank sizes, power sources, and filter micron ratings;
- Sanitary handling of new oil, reducing contamination risks.
Motion said this design reduces lubrication time, improves efficiency, and simplifies oil handling across a wide range of facility applications.
The Lube Caddy is ideal for manufacturers that perform routine oil changes in gearboxes, hydraulic systems, and other critical machinery. Industries such as pulp and paper, mining, steel, heavy metals, food and beverage, material handling, and wood products can all benefit from the system’s mobility and compact footprint.
