Transport and lifting specialist Mozer recently took over the assets from the bankrupt company Pierre Baeck from Boortmeerbeek. The acquisition includes the customer base, the brand image, specialized hoisting equipment and an industrial site of 2,074 m².
Pierre Baeck NV, active since 1996 and located on the Industrieweg in Boortmeerbeek, focused on industrial and private relocations, the assembly and installation of heavy objects, and the placement of fuel boxes, among other things. On February 26, 2025, the company was declared bankrupt by the corporate court in Leuven.
Mozer, which has been active in heavy transport, industrial relocation and technically complex hoisting works since 1945, seizes the acquisition to further expand his geographical coverage and capacity. The extra site in Boortmeerbeek will be a new operational base.
Jurgen van Droogenbroeck, former manager of Pierre Baeck, also makes the switch to Mozer. Within the team he will continue to use his experience and technical expertise in an operational role.
