Sun Auto Tire & Service has appointed Susie Long as chief people officer. Long most recently served as chief human resources officer for Bridgestone Americas West. In her new role at Sun Auto as chief people officer, Long will oversee the company’s people strategy, focusing on talent development, engagement, and scalable HR systems.

Susie’s lifetime of experience designing scalable talent and performance systems will help us strengthen the foundation that fuels our growth, our value, and the service we deliver to guests every day.”
Before joining Sun Auto, Long spent a decade at Bridgestone. She held senior leadership roles across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Her experience spans enterprise initiatives in talent, engagement, and organizational culture.

Sun Auto said the appointment comes as the company continues to scale its national network of automotive service brands. It now has 525 locations across 25 states.
