TheTruckCompany presents new Heavy Duty Boxtrailer

Must read

With the new Heavy Duty Boxtrailer, TheTruckCompany is launching an absolute novelty within the Hoet Trailers range. With this, TheTruckCompany wants to fill a gap in the market. The Heavy Duty Boxtrailer is supplied with a forced steering axle or steering axle.

The Heavy Duty Boxtrailer is specifically designed for heavier, daily use. The chassis is characterized by longitudinal beams made of high-quality steel that are automatically welded over the full length. The welded beams are placed closely together for maximum floor load and the customer can choose between a slab floor or hardwood floor. The heavy duty steel bumper profile serves as an inner skirting board and as exterior protection. “This zone is traditionally the most susceptible to damage. With this sturdy profile it is better protected,” says Willem Huygebaert (Pproject Manager).

The side edge profile is equipped with integrated 4T lashing eyes. The front wall is reinforced at full height and has a galvanized steel bumper plate on the inside. On the outside, the base of the front wall is braced by the extension of the chassis, which guarantees maximum strength. The roof is insulated as standard to prevent condensation. In addition, the integrated LED lighting ensures optimal visibility during loading and unloading

“With this development, TheTruckCompany is responding to a clear gap: some established providers have recently stopped offering this type of product, causing transporters to look for a robust solution that is locally built and supported. Fleet managers mainly require reliability and fast service. This trailer has been deliberately designed ‘heavy-duty’, with well-thought-out details that limit downtime,” says Willem Huygebaert.
