Building on its recently announced partnership with the National Tyre Distributors Association (NTDA), TyreSafe shares news of partnerships with the British Tyre Manufacturers’ Association (BTMA) and the Imported Tyre Manufacturers’ Association (ITMA). The tyre safety charity points out this is the first time that “all four major pillars of the UK tyre industry are working together in formal alignment to advance road safety, compliance, and education.” It brings the UK’s retailers, manufacturers, importers, and safety advocates into a unified alliance with one clear goal: to eliminate harm caused by illegal and poorly maintained tyres.
