The manufacturer, which focuses on the production of high rim diameter tyres, told T&A that the “interim stoppage is to align production with automotive market dynamics” and that the pause was not related to the protracted halt of the UK’s Jaguar Land Rover production lines, to which Pirelli is a supplier, after a cyberattack.
