MesoMat announced it has raised a seed round led by Ridgeline. Additional investors include RISC Capital, RPV Global, GTAN, the Archangel Network’s Adrenaline and Starforge Funds, and Extra Innings Ventures. MesoMat said the funding will help further develop its tire management platform. This system helps vehicle fleets improve performance, minimize downtime, and reduce carbon emissions, according to the company.

MesoMat Tire Management Technology
MesoMat said its tire management technology embeds advanced sensors within tires, gathering real-time data on tread depth, pressure, and road contact. Cloud-based analytics convert this information into actionable insights. MesoMat said this helps fleets track tread wear, maintain optimal pressure, and prevent costly failures.
More than 300 million commercial tires are on the road worldwide, yet most remain undigitized. Tire performance directly influences up to 10% of a vehicle’s carbon emissions. MesoMat said its platform provides a near-term solution for fleets in trucking, logistics, and heavy industry.
Co-founded by physicist Paul Fowler and rubber expert Kari Dalnoki-Veress, MesoMat combines deep materials science with advanced data analytics. The company said its team includes engineers, data scientists, and logistics professionals focused on enhancing fleet operations.
