During Transport & Logistics Antwerp, Nefab is presenting two novelties. The first, EdgePak Collar, is a lightweight, fiber-based alternative to wooden pallet collars. Designed for one-way shipments, it combines strength, recyclability and weight savings, while reducing environmental impact. Thanks to a clever design with three corrugated edges and reinforced straw cardboard corners, it offers excellent stacking strength. EdgePak Collar (pictured) fits standard pallets and has a recyclable lid and base, allowing it to replace wood in uncontrolled goods flows.
The second innovation, Reflex Cushioning, is a thermoformed shock-absorbing solution that replaces traditional foam padding for fragile products between 0.5 and 50 kg. It is cleaner and suitable for sensitive environments such as cleanrooms and data centers, offers optimal protection and is fully recyclable.
With these innovations, Nefab wants to combine logistics performance with respect for the environment.
