Lapin Kumi, which is part of Citira, is acquiring Rengas Park in Kangasala, near Tampere, southern Finland. According to the Nordic retail network, this partnership strengthens Citira’s presence in Finland and adds a well-established local tyre service provider to the group. At the same time, the transaction is described as “the next step in Lapin Kumi’s growth journey”, Indeed, the acquired tyre shops report that revenue has more than doubled since 2017.
