Fullbay Names Trent Broberg CEO, Succeeding Patrick McKittrick

Must read

Fullbay has announced Trent Broberg as its new CEO. Broberg succeeds Patrick McKittrick, who stepped down after four years as Fullbay CEO to spend time with family and consider his next chapter.

Broberg brings extensive transportation and logistics experience, Fullbay said. He previously served as CEO of ACERTUS, COO at Truckstop.com, and spent nearly a decade at Swift Transportation. He also serves on the board of Wabash.

“Fullbay has built an incredible platform that addresses real challenges for independent repair shops and internal fleet maintenance teams,” said Broberg. “I’m excited to build on that foundation, drive further innovation as an AI-first company, and instill confidence in the team to deliver even greater value for our customers and the entire industry.”

Since joining Fullbay in 2021, McKittrick guided the company through significant growth, it said. He strengthened customer relationships, expanded offerings, and secured a strategic growth investment from JMI Equity alongside reinvestment from Mainsail Partners.

“This transition represents a natural inflection point for both me and Fullbay,” said McKittrick. “We’ve achieved so much together. The company is in a stronger position than ever. I’m looking forward to spending time with my family before deciding what’s next. I’m confident Trent is the right person to guide Fullbay into its next chapter.”

McKittrick and Broberg will work together for a short transition period to ensure continuity for employees, customers, and partners. Fullbay’s leadership team remains in place, and the company’s strategy and commitments to repair shops and fleets across North America remain unchanged, it said.
