As a regular customer of Pacton Trailers, Buko Transport from Beverwijk has several pacton trailers in the fleet. The newest purchase is a double -extensible, three -axle shelter trailer for various deployment. “The customization on which we build and trust in daily practice is always performed as desired by Pacton,” says fleet manager Artan Bulthuis van Buko Transport.
Pacton supplies extendable, low sample trucks in various ash configurations from two to five axes, of 9 or 10 tons each. The trailers are ideal for the flexible transport of various goods/equipment. They are extendable in the middle, but it is also possible to opt for an extendable back, as is the case with the latest acquisition of Buko Transport.
“With a chassish height of only 90 cm, a total axle load of 30 tons, a spacious extinguishing part in the middle and a two -meter extendable rear calf with bumper/light box, the trailer offers flexible transport for building units up to ten meters, lampposts and water pipes. We have chosen the higher tonnage, we have very consciously exhibited, we have a lot of tonnage -portertage. As a result, the trailer is multi-usable.
Double extendable
The sliding middle part of the new Pacton supporter for Buko Transport has an air clerk locking the tubes in steps of 50 cm. The also extendable rear part of the trailer is pushed electro-hydraulically to 2 meters. The pump unit, batteries and remote control are cleverly concealed in a stainless steel box on the left.
The SAF Modul air spring comprises three axles of technical 11 tons, with the rear axle equipped with a maneuvering aid, whereby the axle is vented – at low speed – by kicking the brake pedal three times briefly. The double air version has 12 steel rims with goodyear tires 245 /70 R17.5 ″. The trailer is equipped with LED lamps, including fog lights, work lamps, steel lamps, wide lights and an LED swing lamp. The floor is maximum durable with steel neck and wheel sections, with the remaining in shiplapped 28mm bamboo. There is spacious twistlocks, rong tubes, bind eyes, holes, eyes and rope hooks, as well as in 4 pieces of width boards. Furthermore, there are stainless steel tools left and right and a car-wide stop wood bin.
