Must read

Sud-Fresh has completed an ambitious plan for the renewal of his fleet with the arrival of ten new Volvo FH Aero tractors. This was celebrated during a pleasant event on the site of Sud-Fresh in Namur.

Sud-Fresh, transporter of the year 2024, specializes in the cooled transport of foods. The company has two operational bases in Namur en Auange. The fleet has more than 140 trucks and the purchase of 47 new vehicles in one year clearly illustrates the ambition of the investment program that was completed a few days ago. “This large-scale renewal illustrates the long-term vision of Sud-Fresh: a reliable partner for his customers thanks to targeted investments in quality, sustainability and the well-being of the drivers,” said Vincent Gaillard CEO.

After 10 FH tractors, 16 FH Aero’s, 10 FH trucks of 26 tons and 9 FM trucks of 19 tons, the last ten vehicles supplied by Garage Sebastian are all Volvo FH Aero tractors. “The newest generation FH Aero stands for technological innovation and environmental responsibility. Thanks to an extended cabin with aerodynamic design and a camera system that replaces the traditional mirrors with streamlined cameras, the air resistance is reduced by 11 %. The result is a fuel saving up to 5 %, which is set of the expansion of the expontion of the redcenting of and the and the and the and the and the and the and the and the and the and the and the and the and and the Exportation -All red -out -up out.

Part of the 47 vehicles recently supplied is used to expand the fleet. This choice is also well-considered, as Vincent Gaillard explains: “With this expansion, Sud-Fresh increases its operational flexibility considerable. More tractors means greater processing capacity and a better response during peak periods. In a sector where punctuality and precision are essential, but a luxury.”
